Groomers Needed
Forever Friends Dog Grooming is expanding, remodeling and needs an experienced dog groomer. The right candidate will have at least 1-2 year of professional grooming in a dog salon
setting. All non-experienced candidates will not be considered. We are looking for 3-4 days a week with possibility of full time employment. We are open Tuesday through Saturday with Tuesdays and
Thursday evening hours available. We will provide modern electric grooming tables, standing dryer and high velocity dryers.
Requirements:
- The groomer needs their own grooming equipment ... sheers, clippers, blades, etc...
- Able to lift large dogs - 50lbs plus.
- Willing to clean and sanitize the salon and crates.
- Dog grooming certification or equivalate experience of 1 year +
- High quality hand scissoring.
- Able to groom all breeds – no cording or hand stripping.
- Able to groom 6-8 dogs per day.
- Option for full time hours.
- Capable of working extended hours during holiday rush.
- Most important – Must love dogs!
Compensation will be based on the speed of the
groomer but average daily pay will range from $250- $325+ plus tips.
Due to staffing issues we are not booking evening appointments. We hope to resume evening bookings in the near future.
